You will learn the core subjects of an Economics degree (micro and macroeconomics, statistics and econometrics) but also many others linked to current debates (globalisation and trade, public and environmental economics or development economics). You will do so with examples and applications for day-to-day life, also looking to socio-political and international contexts that influence the development of modern Economics.

Reikalaujamas išsilavinimas

Stojant į šį universitetą dėmesys yra kreipiamas į pažymius ir egzaminų rezultatus. Brandos atestato vidurkis turi būti ne žemesnis nei 8 ir valstybinių egzaminų vidurkis ne žemesnis nei 70% (įskaitant dalyko, kuris susijęs su studijų programa, egzaminą).

  • Pažymių išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs mokyklos, būtina prisegti pažymių išrašą. Smulkesnę informaciją kaip pildyti išrašą ir kada jis reikalingas, rasi čia. *

  • Brandos atestatas – jei jau esi baigęs mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie Kastu stojimo anketos prisegti savo Brandos atestatą.

Anglų kalbos reikalavimai

Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai uiversitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.

Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų:

  • IELTS - 6.0

  • TOEFL – 80

Graduates in Economics gain a wide set of transferable skills, making them employable in a wide variety of sectors, public or private, national or international, including: governmental institutions, research centres, financial institutions, consultancy companies, and health services. Roles include data analyst, consultant, economist, economic development officer, and statistician. Examples of jobs our graduates have taken include the Government Economic Service, treasurer for a charity, quality and environment advisor, and project manager.
