Film Studies and Television Production BA (Hons)
You will learn about the power of film and its importance in a variety of contexts, and your studies will enhance your understanding of film and film practices, while also developing critical and analytical thinking skills. You will study the historical, social, aesthetic, industrial and economic pressures that have shaped film.
This course promises to challenge you to have new experiences, think in different ways, get outside your comfort zone, and turn homework into your work. We have many students who thrive in the media industry, and the course will prepare you to be a resourceful person in any employment.

The course prepares students for a variety of careers upon graduation including many areas of the creative industries such as film and television. You will learn to write critically and produce film-related artefacts for a range of audiences developing your transferable communication and creative skills.
