Overview
A building surveyor specialises in the quality and maintenance of buildings; working in areas such as property trading, refurbishment or alteration, and resolving disputes between adjoining owners or landlords and tenants. This course enables you to develop a professional career in building surveying in the property development and construction industries.

After successfully completing this course, you will be eligible for a professional career in property development and construction industry in roles such as:
