During this one-year Master's program, you become a human resources expert, specialized in the relationship between work, well-being and performance. You find the ideal balance between performance and employee care. With a strong international focus, you learn to combine insights from social sciences and business studies in HR-policies, which improve individual, team, and organizational performance.

In order to be accepted directly onto our Master's program in Human Resource Studies, you will be required to have the following academic background:
A Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree oriented towards works, personnel and organizational issues e.g. Human Resource Studies, Business Studies, Organization Studies;
Basic knowledge about the social sciences e.g. sociology, psychology, economics, research methods and statistics;
Relevant knowledge about subjects in the field of Human Resource Studies e.g. sociology of organizations, organizational psychology, human resource management.
