As a student of MSc Computer Engineering, you are able to specialise in relevant fields of study connected with system and instrument development involving software, hardware and communication technology. Depending on your chosen specialisation, upon completion of the degree you are awarded the title of either Master of Science in Engineering (Computer Engineering) or Master of Science and Technology (Computer Engineering).
Choice of study packages

The first year of the MSc consists of two basic study packages and two specialised study packages. All students take the basic study packages, but you can choose your own specialised study packages from the options listed below. Each study package amounts to 15 ECTS. The second year consists of an optional programme and a thesis.

Reikalaujamas išsilavinimas

Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.

  • ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.

  • Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.

Anglų kalbos reikalavimai

Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų:

  • IELTS – 6.5
  • TOEFL – 83 . Aarhus universiteto TOEFL kodas yra 8935.
Svarbūs reikalavimai

Bachelor's degree programmes with at least 60 ECTS in the field of Computer Engineering can provide admission, provided that the academic requirements for the Master of Science in Engineering degree programme are met.

Computer Engineering graduates find work in a wide range of fields and institutions. There is considerable demand for IT graduates in areas such as instrument development engineering. Many graduates work successfully as software architects, developers of large instruments and systems, or become a software developer or project manager for large IT systems.

Companies demand graduates with considerable theoretical depth and analytical working methods. You learn to combine the theoretically strong knowledge of a computer scientist with the more practically oriented and innovative approach of an engineer, so that you are well equipped to meet the needs of the job market.
