With the Marketing Management degree at NHL Stenden you’ll be confident in both online and offline channels of communication. You obtain the skills to investigate markets and understand consumers so as to become the new generation of digital marketers with an international mindset.

During the programme, you’ll learn how to use online and offline marketing campaigns effectively. You’ll explore what motivates people from different cultures and backgrounds to buy a particular product or service. This means looking at how you can reach customers, connect with them and win their brand loyalty.

As this degree is a management course, you’ll also develop the skills needed to be a manager. These skills are integrated into the programme and developed through the practical assignments you do as well as during your internship. 

With our Marketing Management degree you get to explore the dynamic field of digital marketing. You develop your understanding of markets and consumers to become part of a new generation of digital marketers with an international mindset.

Gain international experience

Studying Marketing Management at NHL Stenden means spending part of your degree studying abroad. Our participation in RUN-EU means you can join Short Advanced Programmes and carry out projects with partner institutions in Europe. You can also go to one of the NHL Stenden’s Grand Tour locations in South Africa, Bali or Thailand. Or you can go on an exchange to a partner institution and delve into a totally new way of studying. With over 100 different minors on offer through NHL Stenden and held at locations all over the world, you're sure to find the perfect specialisation, whether it’s Entrepreneurship in the Netherlands or Integrated Digital Marketing in Thailand. 

You can also do your final-year internship abroad drawing from the experience you have gained during your studies. You could work for media companies such as Australian Superyachts, Douwe Egberts, Holland Trading Group or Excellent Uitzendbureau on Curaçao. And if you’ve already turned your dream for your own business into a reality, you could consider doing your internship in your own start-up. 

Reikalaujamas išsilavinimas
  • Pažymių išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs mokyklos, būtina prisegti pažymių išrašą. Smulkesnę informaciją kaip pildyti išrašą ir kada jis reikalingas, rasi čia.
  • Brandos atestatas – jei jau esi baigęs mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka anketoje prisegti savo Brandos atestatą.

  • Motyvacinis laiškas yra privalomas dokumentas stojant į šio universiteto programas.
  • CV - stojant į visas bakalauro programas reikia pateikti savo CV. 
  • Vienas iš stojimo etapų yra Study Matching Questionnaire - klausimynas.

 

Anglų kalbos reikalavimai

Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų:

  • turėti anglų kalbos pažymį Brandos atestate ir išlaikyti Anglų kalbos valstybinį egzaminą (egzamino rezultatas nėra svarbus, svarbiausia, kad jį išlaikytum)*

           arba

  • išlaikyti IELTS arba TOEFL testą.

*Jeigu nori pasitikrinti ar tavo anglų kalbos žinios yra pakankamos studijuoti Nyderlandų aukštosiose – suteikiame galimybę laikyti Oxford anglų kalbos testą. Nors anglų kalbos testas nėra reikalaujamas, patartina žinoti savo galimybes ir kalbos lygį.

 

Careers open to you after graduation include:

  • Content manager: ensures an organisation is visible on different digital platforms with the right content, and write convincing copy
  • International Account Manager: represents an organisation globally, liaising with both current and future clients
  • Online marketer: you implement the online marketing plan and attract and retain customers
  • Marketing manager: determines the company’s marketing strategy and positioning, often in conjunction with other departments, and advises company management on new markets and products, developing online and offline marketing strategies to suit  
  • Product manager: serves as a liaison between customers, suppliers and internal departments and focuses on the development, manufacture and marketing of a product, ensuring it is effectively positioned for the long-term
  • Market researcher: explores products, trends, markets, image and customer satisfaction and analyses data to provide answers
