Master Financial Management and Control
How do you keep a large organisation healthy? That question has everything to do with business control. A challenge extending beyond the financial side. A business controller in the 21st century has to deal with an increasing amount of varied data flowing through the organization. As CEO or CFO, how do you manage the development of your organization in this situation? Which role does your organisational culture play in this, certainly if your organization operates internationally? Which leadership styles are then the most effective? How do you organize your risk management accordingly? These are the essential questions.
The Master Financial Management and Control will deepen and broaden your knowledge and skills in this field. In this hands-on master programme you learn more about financial management, accounting and business control along the three learning lines Finance & Control, Human & Control and Research & Control. When you have successfully completed the study, you get the title of Master of Science.
Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.
- ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
- Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.
Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų (kokio balo reikalauja tavo pasirinkta programa rasi prie programos stojimo reikalavimų):

If you can answer ‘yes’ to these questions you have the right credentials:
- Are you 22 years old or over?
- Do you have a minimum of two years relevant professional or managerial experience?
- Do you have a degree from a recognised University (or institute of higher education equivalent) in either Business Studies or in a subject with a business emphasis?
GMAT
You’ll also need a score of 450 or above, on the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT). To do well, it takes at least 2 months of preparation.

TOEFL- or IELTS-test
In order to make sure that you have an adequate command of the English language you will have to pass a test. These are the so-called TOEFL- (www.toefl.org) or IELTS-(www.ielts.org) tests. If the language of instruction during your previous education was/is English or if you are a European Union-national with English as subject during your previous education, you are not required to take a TOEFL- or IELTS-test.

After graduating from the THUAS’ FMC programme you will receive a Master of Science degree (MSc).
The FMC programme has been accredited by the NVAO (accreditation organisation for higher education in the Netherlands and Belgium) in 2012. Our Master’s proves to be an excellent basis for you to obtain your accountant’s degree and become a Certified Chartered Accountant.
After graduating, motivated people can rise to the top and make lasting, positive contributions to business. They may accept jobs with large corporations, but just as often take jobs with small or mid-size companies and non-profit organisations.
Other career options include consulting positions or entrepreneurship.
