Study the neurological and neuropsychological aspects of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders and brain conditions, as well as the normal and pathological age-related changes in cognition, behavior, and brain. You will study these disorders and changes from the perspective of various psychological disciplines, such as clinical (neuro)psychology, clinical neuroscience, and applied neuroscience.

Transcript of Records
This is a list from your University of the courses you have taken in your Bachelor's (and Master's) degree, with the grades you have achieved. This must be an official list from your University, not your results downloaded from the University’s student system. If your Transcript of Records and diploma are not in English or Dutch, a certified translator must translate the documents (with the exception of the course description and the thesis/research paper). The translator must attach the translation to copies of the original document and stamp both documents. Please note: we cannot accept translations that are not attached to a copy of the original document; the translator must make sure that s/he stamps the copy of the original document and attaches the two documents to each other.

In mental health care you will pay attention to on the one hand patients in the acute (hospital) stage and in the later, chronic phases, who are inflicted with disorders and diseases like stroke, brain tumors or traumatic brain injury.
Another part in mental healthcare consist of disorders that are not commonly treated in hospitals, but rather in the generalistic basic healthcare. Your expertise as a cognitive psychologist will bridge between the gap between clinical psychologists and psychiatrists.
