Study the similarities and differences in behavior among individuals of different cultures at the University of Osnabrück and learn to understand psychological or economic insights or psychological aspects of work processes and organizations at Tilburg University. Graduate with two degrees: the MSc in Psychology with a specialization in Cross-Cultural Psychology, and the MSc in Social Psychology with a specialization in either Economic Psychology or Work and Organizational Psychology.

At Osnabrück University you will study the similarities and differences in behavior among individuals of different cultures. At Tilburg University you can choose one of the two tracks of Social Psychology: Economic Psychology or Work and Organizational Psychology. In the Master's program of Economic Psychology, you will learn to understand and apply psychological and economic insights to understand consumer behavior, financial decision-making, and marketing. In the Master's program of Work and Organizational Psychology you will learn about the psychological aspects of work processes, organizations, and employee and diversity management.

Reikalaujamas išsilavinimas

Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.

  • ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
  • Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.

 

Anglų kalbos reikalavimai
  • TOEFL with a minimum score of 577 (paper-based) / 90 (internet-based).

  • Academic IELTS score with a minimum of 6.5 score overall and a minimum score of 6.0 on individual parts of the test.

  • Cambridge Advanced English (CAE): grades A, B and C

  • Cambridge Proficiency in English (CPE): all grades

Svarbūs reikalavimai

In order to qualify for the Double Degree Master’s in Cross-Cultural Economy Psychology, you must have:

  • An undergraduate university degree in the field of psychology.
    Should the undergraduate degree be in another subject than Psychology, then the following criteria have to be fulfilled:

  • at least 90 ECTS of psychology courses, including:

    • at least 3 ECTS in at least six of the following seven areas: general psychology, biological psychology, differential psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, industrial and organizational psychology or clinical psychology.

    • at least 4 ECTS in psychological assessment;

    • at least 16 ECTS in quantitative methods/statistics and a lab project;

  • Interest in the field of Social, Economic and/or Cross-cultural Psychology specifically.

  • Adequate knowledge of research methods and techniques.

  • A GPA of at least 2.8 in their undergraduate degree on a German scale, 7.0 on a Dutch scale, or equivalent.

  • Two relevant and personalized reference letters: one academic, and one professional, for example through student assistant work, internships or other work experience.

  • Sufficient motivation proven through a motivation letter.

Be able to conduct theoretical and applied research to advance academic knowledge in the areas of social, economic and work and organizational psychology. Contribute to various applied fields, because you will be able to develop tools and interventions to solve practical problems in the areas of social, economic and work and organizational psychology and to research the effectiveness thereof.
