You recognise also the importance of understanding how the individual functions in a social context. This course is ideal for your purpose, combining aspects of psychology and sociology to explore this fascinating and significant subject.We introduce you to a range of issues and phenomena affecting individuals and social situations. You will acquire skills and knowledge aimed at preparing you for careers in which you can make a real difference.
The course is designed to overcome artificial barriers between psychology and sociology through thematic teaching. You will study modules in the two disciplines, as well as the core module in research methods. In addition, you will choose from a range of options that encourage you to combine psychological and sociological analysis of contemporary social issues. You will also develop a range of analytical tools that are relevant to your employment prospects.
'Exploring the workplace' is a work-based learning module in the second year. The module is designed to enhance your academic and personal development through work experience that shapes your key skills for future employability. During the module you will acquire increased self-confidence in executing a variety of tasks relevant to future employment.
Stojant į šį universitetą dėmesys yra kreipiamas į pažymius ir Brandos atestato vidurkį, kuris turi būti ne žemesnis kaip 8.
Pažymių išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs mokyklos, būtina prisegti pažymių išrašą. Smulkesnę informaciją kaip pildyti išrašą ir kada jis reikalingas, rasi čia.*
Brandos atestatas – jei jau esi baigęs mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie Kastu stojimo anketos prisegti savo Brandos atestatą.
Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai universitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.
Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų:
Anglų kalba B2 lygis + valstybinis anglų kalbos egzaminas išlaikytas 75% ir daugiau.
Kastu anglų kalbos testas (jei turi gerą įvertinimą iš IELTS/TOEFL, tau nereikia laikyti Kastu anglų kalbos testo).
IELTS - 6.0
TOEFL – 80
Graduates have gone on to work in industrial management, civil service, public service and communications. Some have opted for further study and careers in social work, probation, nursing and teaching.
