A transcript of records is your official proof of education until you receive your secondary school leaving certificate. It lets the university see which subjects you studied and what results you achieved.
This is an official document. Fill it in carefully, then take it to your school for the school's stamp and the signature of an authorized staff member. You must fill it in if you apply for bachelor's programs and don't have your secondary school leaving certificate yet.

Statement of hours - only if you apply to Denmark
If you apply to Denmark, you submit two documents: your transcript of records and a statement of hours. The statement of hours shows how many hours you studied each subject in your last three years of school. This document is needed only for Denmark; other countries don't require it.

1. Who needs to fill in a transcript of records?
You fill one in if you apply for bachelor's programs and don't have your secondary school leaving certificate yet. That usually means students in their final year who start applying while they are still at school. If you have already finished school, you submit your secondary school leaving certificate instead.
2. Do I also need a statement of hours?
Only if Denmark is one of your choices. Then you fill in both templates: the transcript of records and the statement of hours. If you don't apply to Denmark, the transcript of records is enough.
3. Who has to stamp and sign the transcript of records?
Your school does it – the completed transcript needs the school's stamp and the signature of an authorized staff member. Only a transcript with the stamp and the signature counts as official.
4. What if my school refuses to stamp the Kastu transcript?
If your school will not stamp the Kastu transcript, leave it with them as an example. The school office can then prepare a similar document. The school's own transcript must be in English and contain the same information as the Kastu transcript.
5. What information does the transcript of records contain?
The transcript lists the subjects you studied and your results. You add your year-end grades from the previous school year and your first-semester grades from your final year. If you apply to Denmark, you also fill in a statement of hours – the number of hours you studied each subject over the last three years.
6. What other documents will I need to apply?
