Structure of studies
Our curriculum (90 ECTS) is built around industry-relevant modules that guide you from foundational principles to advanced application. You will progress through a structured path designed for deep learning and practical skill development. The studies are organized as a blend of both on-campus and online studies allowing you to work simultaneously.
Module structure, Applied Machine Learning (90 ECTS):
1. Changing Operational Environment and Research-based Development (15 ECTS)
2. Foundations of Machine Learning (15 ECTS)
3. Productisation of Machine Learning Models (15 ECTS)
4. Advanced Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence (15 ECTS)
5. Master's thesis (30 ECTS)
Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.
- ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
- Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.
You are eligible for Master's Degree studies when you:
- have BBA in Business Information Technology (UAS, at least 210 ECTS)
OR
- have a foreign higher education degree (UAS or university, at least 210 ECTS) that is comparable to the above mentioned qualifications
Work experience
In addition to the required qualification, you need to have at least two years of work experience from the relevant field. The work experience needs to be obtained after completing the higher education degree. If you have worked outside of Finland and you have not been given such document by your employer, please fill out this form and attach it to your application together with a reference letter from the employer. The information that you provide will be used to verify if your work experience fulfills the eligibility criteria.
