Hospitality and Tourism Experience Management

The Hospitality and Tourism Experience Management Programme (EXPER) is one of a kind. The 21st century is dominated by the Experience Economy. Today’s experience-seeking guests want to stay in amazing and unusual hotels and restaurants, they want to go to see performances, immerse themselves into gamified new luxury and experience artificial intelligence-based concepts.
As a student of Hospitality and Tourism Experience Management, you will learn the necessary skills to succeed in the customer service industry. Keep in mind; this also includes the new and exciting field of experience. Our studies provide you an extensive professional learning experience. You are immediately put on the path toward earning a Bachelor's degree. Studies improve your skills in project management, team working and presentation.
You will accomplish major in Experience Management (30 ECTS). In addition, you may choose one or several minor packages (15 ECTS) in the field of hospitality, tourism, and/or experience or other business studies. With a Bachelor of Hospitality Management, you are an expert in the service sector. As a graduate, you will be choosing one of many careers within the hospitality, tourism, and experience industry. The jobs include positions in management, entrepreneurship, industry specialist or service and sales.
- Brandos Atestatas - stojant į šį universitetą reikia jau būti pabaigus mokyklą ir turėti Brandos atestatą. Deja, jei šiuo metu mokaisi 12 klasėje ir brandos atestatą gausi tik vasarą, į šį universitetą stoti negali.
- Išimtis - jei mokaisi pagal IB arba EB programą arba esi išlaikęs SAT testą, gali stoti dar mokydamasis 12 klasėje. Dėl stojimo reikalavimų rekomenduojame susisiekti su KASTU.

Anglų kalbos žinias gali patvirtinti vienu iš šių būdų:
- Turėti ne mažesnį pažymį nei 8 iš anglų kalbos brandos atestate
- Surinkti 75% ar daugiau valstybiniame anglų kalbos egzamine
- IELTS – 6.0
- TOEFL - 60
- Pageidaujamas bendras pažymių vidurkis turi būti ne mažiau 7.
- Matematika - brandos atestate būtina turėti ne mažesnį pažymį nei 6 ARBA valstybiniame matematikos egzamine surinkti nemažiau 45%.
Pažymių reikalavimai yra orientaciniai ir galutinį vertinimą ar turimų pažymių pakanka atliks universiteto priėmimo komisija.
All eligible applicants will be invited to participate in the admission interview. Haaga-Helia sends invitations to the online interview by email a week before the interview date.
Online interviews will be held on the following days:
- 11 - 13 February 2026
- 4 - 6 March 2026
- 15 - 17 April 2026
- 3 - 5 June 2026.
The interview will be assessed on a scale of pass/fail.
