Architectural Technology and Construction Management
The Architectural Technology and Construction Management program is a 3.5-year Professional Bachelor’s degree designed to prepare you for a dynamic and rewarding career in the construction industry.
As a construction manager, you act as the link between architects, engineers,and contractors. Therefore, you will be playing a key role in shaping the places where people live, work, and connect. You will learn to plan, execute, and manage construction projects from start to finish, working with both small and large-scale projects.
Throughout the program, you develop strong project management skills and gain hands-on experience in using digital tools within the construction process. You will combine theory with practice, working on real-life projects that reflect the complexity of modern construction.
You will build both technical and managerial competences across all phases of a project – from analyzing and selecting materials to coordinating processes, managing timelines, budgeting, and ensuring quality.
If you already have a vocational or technical background, the program offers excellent opportunities to further develop your skills and even pursue your own projects or business in the future.
As a Professional Bachelor’s degree, it also opens doors to further studies at Master’s level, allowing you to continue building your expertise and career.

Vienu iš šių būdų galite patvirtinti universitetui savo anglų kalbos žinias:
- Anglų kalbos valandos - bendras išklausytas anglų kalbos valandų skaičius 10 + 11 + 12 klasėje būtų bent 210 valandų (1 valanda = 60 minučių, t. y. astronominė valanda)
- TOEFL - 94
- IELTS - 6.5
- Anglų kalba - bendras išklausytų valandų skaičius turi būti 210 valandų arba daugiau.
- Matematika - bendras išklausytų valandų skaičius turi būti 125 valandos arba daugiau.
- Pažymiai – nors universitetas nenustato konkrečių minimalių pažymių reikalavimų, priėmimo komisija vertina kandidato akademinius rezultatus. Todėl turimi pažymiai gali turėti įtakos stojimo tikimybei.
Yra galimybė būti pakviestam į interviu.
Kandidatas, turintis darbo ar savanorystės patirties arba išklausęs susijusių kursų ar mokymų, yra vertinamas kaip turintis pranašumą stojimo procese. Prie stojimo anketos būtina pateikti šią patirtį ar mokymus patvirtinančius dokumentus, pavyzdžiui, rekomendacijas, sertifikatus ar kitus tai įrodančius dokumentus. As a graduate, you will have a wide range of career opportunities within the construction industry. You can work as a project manager, construction manager, BIM coordinator, or consultant, contributing to both new building projects and renovation work.
Graduates also find employment in a variety of organizations, including engineering companies, contractors, architectural firms, public authorities, and production companies. Some choose to start their own business, using their practical and technical knowledge to build independent careers.
