This course is designed to introduce to you the theory and practice of international business regulation in the context of globalisation.

The LLM International Business and Commercial Law course is aimed at students seeking to work as legal experts in the area of multinational corporations.
The course covers laws on business structure, corporate process, taxation, intellectual property, dispute resolution and legal aspects of international finance, so you’ll be equipped with the skills and knowledge that are sought after in the banking and finance sector.
Law students at UWL have access to an on-site courtroom that features state of the art technology including laptops and video equipment for judges/advocates and is ideal for student mooting competitions.

Į magistro studijų programas gali stoti visi, baigę universitetą arba besimokantys paskutiniame kurse. Studijos kurias baigei ar tebesimokai turi būti panašios krypties kaip ir tos, į kurias nori stoti, kadangi priėmimas yra paremtas ECTS kreditų suderinamumu.
ECTS kreditų išrašas - jei dar nesi baigęs aukštosios mokyklos, būtina prisegti ECTS kreditų išrašą, kuriame būtų matyti, kokius dalykus Tu mokeisi bei kokius pažymius ir kiek kreditų už juos gavai. Kai siunti anketą paskutiniame kurse, diplomą reikia prisegti vėliau, kai tik jį gausi.
Bakalauro diplomas – jei jau esi baigęs aukštąją mokyklą, išrašo nereikia, užtenka prie anketos prisegti savo Bakalauro diplomą.
Svarbu, jog anglų kalbos testo rezultatai universitetą pasiektų iki Liepos 31d.

Our aim is to produce graduates who have employment prospects with multinational corporations, because they understand the legal regulations and constraints of international business, as well as the financial world of international trade agencies and multinational corporations.
You can seek employment opportunities in careers with investment, law, consultancy and accounting firms, especially those focusing on international practice. Practising legal professionals and human resource professionals can use their qualification and the skills and knowledge they have gained on the course to progress in their chosen field.
